This scene got me laughing so hard I almost peed in my pants!

But jokes aside, this show was amazingly crafted - it depicts the journey of Jamal Malik (the protagonist) through a series of flashbacks right up till the point he wins 20 million rupees (love the way the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire host says it). The acting, especially that of the two young boys portraying Jamal and Salim, was very convincing and touching, although the English was quite hard to catch at times. I was also pleasantly surprised that the show was not tainted by any foreign elements because that effectively retained the feel and purity of a heartwarming story of the three Indian musketeers (Jamal, Salim and Latika). I had my doubts because I didn't read up much about the movie beforehand and (obviously) because the director was a certain Mr. Danny Boyle.

Slumdog Millionaire has already won numerous prizes and will probably go on to win quite a few more. A film of such depth and captivity deserves all the accolades it has and is going to receive.

And the dance at the end of the show?
